Working Animals

We have many friends on the farm that protect us and help us get work done.

Betsy is our Australian Labradoodle and was born in 2020. She will great you and most likely try to give you a hug. She enjoys being our mascot and inside dog.

Willow is our Great Pyrenees and was born in 2022. She is very protective and may not come up to say hi to you right away. She spends her time roaming the property and keeping away fanged predators like foxes, racoons, skunks, and coyotes.

Oakley is our Maremma Sheepdog and was born in 2023. Oakley is our HUGE puppy and is turning into a great balance of farm dog and protector. Oakley spends almost all of his time outside being goofy.

We have 12 barn cats with a variety of personalities. Our cats help keep our farm rodent free.

We keep goldfish in the stock tank for our cattle, to help keep algae to a minimum.

A small hive of honey bees help keep our flowers and our orchard pollinated during the spring and summer months.
